Patient Medical Histories: Complete digital health records, diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, allergy profiles, and treatment plans.
Transaction Logs: Encrypted payment records, service utilization history, and facility access timestamps.

Article 2: Utilization Protocols

Institutional records serve exclusively to enable clinical and administrative operations:
